PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight golf club shaft capable of improving and stabilizing the strength.
SOLUTION: This golf shaft is formed by winding a fiber-reinforced prepreg around a tapered cored bar 20 disposed with an intermediate tapered part 26 where the slope is suddenly changed, between a front tapered part 22 and a rear tapered part 24, and includes a bias layer that is formed by superposing the reinforced fiber relative to the axial direction of the cored bar 20 inclined at an angle of an either range of a range from +35°to +55°or a range from -35°to -55°, and a body layer that has a straight layer formed by superposing the prepregs 38p, 40p and 42p, which are formed by orienting the reinforced fiber along the axial direction of the cored bar 20, wherein the bias layer is formed by axially superposing and winding front prepregs 30p and 32p and rear prepregs 34p and 36p, each of which is formed by being divided into a length including at least a part of the intermediate tapered part 26, at a position of the intermediate tapered part.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
|
