PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated film having excellent adhesiveness of a stretching film layer containing an alicyclic structure containing polymer and a urethane resin layer while maintaining characteristic as an optical material, and the laminated film.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminated film having the stretching film layer containing the alicyclic structure containing polymer and the urethane resin layer includes a step for forming the stretching film layer where an average angle of contact with water with respect to the surface is 20-45° and a step for applying a water dispersing element of the water based urethane resin on the surface of the stretching film layer.
