PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the whole processing group even when processing in the processing group to be executed requires a long time.

SOLUTION: A service providing server 120 requests an authentication server 130 to authenticate a user, when processing requiring the authentication by the authentication server 130 exists in the processing group requested from a user terminal 110, in the information processing system 100. The authentication server 130 queues the requested user authentication, and transmits an estimated time required for finishing the requested user authentication processing, to the service providing server 120. The service providing server 120 and the user terminal 110 preferentially execute processing in the processing group which is executable even when the user authentication processing is not completed, before receiving an authentication result. The service providing server 120 and the user terminal 110 execute the processing in the processing group which is not executable unless the user authentication processing is completed, after receiving the authentication result from the authentication server 130.
