<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction processing method of a dust collection filter and a filter reproduction system which does not require post-processing of chemicals and exhaust gas processing after thermal decomposition, and is applicable for a filter material without chemical corrosion resistance wherein running cost is low. <P>SOLUTION: The filter reproduction system includes: an adhering force reducing device for reducing an adhering force of suction dust and the dust collection filter 13 by radiating micro wave to the dust collection filter (ceramic filter) 13; and a back wash device for blowing compressed air to the dust collection filter 13, detaching the suction dust from the dust collection filter 13 and recovering the suction dust as solid mass. The adhering force reducing device includes micro wave radiation containers 11, 12, 14, 15 for storing the dust collection filter 13 and micro wave introducing means 18, 17, 16 for radiating the micro wave to the dust collection filter 13 which is connected to the micro wave radiation containers.
