摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an impact when a valve 3 is seated on a valve seat 2 without reducing a valve closing response when the valve 3 is operated to a fully-closed position so that it abuts on the valve seat 2 from a valve open state. <P>SOLUTION: A roller 32 pivotally supported by a roller shaft provided on a first shaft 21 constituting an input part of a conversion mechanism converting rotary drive force of a motor to linear drive force is constituted to be broken away from each inclined cam surface formed on two cam convex parts 34 of a cam member provided on a second camshaft 22 constituting an output part of the conversion mechanism immediately after a valve 3 is seated on a valve seat 2 and a channel hole 12 is fully closed when the valve 3 is operated to the fully-closed position so as to abut on the valve seat 2 from a valve opened state (during full close operation of the valve 3). Consequently, an impact caused by making the valve 3 abut on the valve seat 2 is not generated in fully-closed operation of the valve 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
