<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an admission-receiving system and an admission-receiving method which improve efficiency in reception work. <P>SOLUTION: The list-generating part 14 of a BMS 1 generates a list of prescribed business firms which conduct work on prescribed dates, from a business firm register 171 and a maintenance schedule 172, and transmits the list to an admission-receiving terminal 2. The admission-receiving terminal 2 compares cellular phone machine numbers included in the list with the sender numbers of visitors' cellular phone machines which are acquired by a visitor authentication part 25. The admission-receiving terminal permits the admission of visitors, when the former numbers accord with the latter, and does not permit the admission of the visitors when the former numbers do not accord with the latter. By this, the work at the time of the reception of the visitors, for example, the issue of IDs and passwords and the authentication of credit cards which are formerly executed becomes unnecessary.
