PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server system and a distribution system achieving system stabilization.

SOLUTION: The server system 100 includes: an information receiving section 132 for receiving report information of content distribution when a j-th node on a distribution network receives contents from a high-order i-th node and transmits the received contents to a low-order k-th node according to a P2P (Peer-to-Peer) relay system; an evaluation point calculation section 136 which performs processing for giving the j-th node an evaluation point corresponding to a transfer data amount of the contents from the j-th node to the k-th node on the basis of the received report information; and an evaluation point storage section 173 for storing the evaluation point in relation to the j-th node.
