PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for suppressing communication interference due to lack of a communication band and maintaining sufficient communication environment.

SOLUTION: Communication equipment (server unit 12) having a radio access means and transmitting content data by using the radio access means calculates a remaining communication band that can be used for permitting the server unit 12 to perform communication when a transmission processing of content data is started from the server unit 12. The content having a rate of not less than the remaining communication bands is prevented from being displayed and transmitted to client units 13 and 14.
