<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like optical waveguide having excellent flame retardancy and to provide a photosensitive resin composition for forming the film-like optical waveguide. <P>SOLUTION: The film-like optical waveguide includes a lower clad layer 12, a core part 20, and an upper clad layer 22. The clad layers 12, 22 includes (A) a compound having at least one fluorine atom and at least one polymerization carbon-carbon double coupling (however, excluding what containing phosphorous atoms) in a molecule, (B) a compound having at least one phosphorous atom and at least one polymerization carbon-carbon double coupling in a molecule (however, excluding containing fluorine atoms), and (C) a cured material of the photosensitive resin composition including an optical radical polymerization initiator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
