<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a coating liquid being reduced in the adhesion of a dactylogram which gives an interannual antifouling function over several months to a base material consisting of a substance such as glass or a metal and which semipermanently prevents the adhesion of an oily substance of dactylogram; its production method; and an article prepared by coating a base material with the dactylogram adhesion reduction coating liquid. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coating liquid being reduced in the adhesion of dactylogram is produced by mixing an organic compound having a ketone group with an organic nitrogen compound, each in an amount of 10-40% solid content per total solution, to make a mixed solution and then adding an antifouling additive in an amount of 0.1-20.0% of a solid content of the mixed solution to the mixed solution.
