PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall structure which improves fire-resistant performance of a removable existing partition wall, and which facilitates construction work therefor. SOLUTION: This fire-resistant partition structure 10 includes a stud 20, and the pair of partition walls 30 and 30 with the fire-resistant performance, which is composed of an underlayer material 31 and a facing material 32, attached to the stud 20. One layer of a board material 40 as a fire-resistant material is stuck on the surface of the one underlayer material 31 which faces a hollow portion 13 between the studs 20 and 20.
