PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper for a pet, capable of precisely capturing dung even of the pet of which the position of the anus is different. SOLUTION: The diaper for the pet is constituted as follows. An absorbing member 5 capable of absorbing liquid is inserted between a water-permeable inside sheet 3 and a water-impermeable outside sheet 4, and tail-penetration openings 6 and 7 through which the tail 22 is taken out outward are formed in the inside sheet 3 and the outside sheet 4. A dung bag 11 having a dung-capturing opening 16 for capturing the dung from the tail-penetration openings 6 and 7 is attachable to the outside sheet 4. Hole diameter-regulating means comprising perforations 31 capable of regulating the sizes of the tail-penetration holes 6 and 7 are formed at the lower part sides of the tail-penetration openings 6 and 7.
