<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which can efficiently form beautiful coating surfaces excellent in water repellency and antifouling property, and good in luster, can remove furs by a simple work such as water washing, even when the furs are adhered, can prevent the advance in the mutual reactions of components before used, and can be stored in a stable state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the coating composition characterized by containing (a) a water-curable silicone resin, (b) a reaction accelerator, and (c) a reactive silicone oil having at least one silanol group in a molecule, in a base comprising one or more organic solvents selected from aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvents, petroleum-based solvents, aromatic solvents, alcohols and fluorine-based solvents, and microcapsulating either of the component (b) or (c), the components (a) and (b), the components (a) and (c), or the components (a), (b) and (c).
