<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil passage structure wherein oil is distributed between first and second joined members joined to each other across a gasket, from an upstream side oil passage provided on the first joined member to first and second downstream side passages provided on at least the second joined member out of the first and second joined members, for equally distributing the oil to the two downstream side passages while improving a degree of freedom of layout. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the oil passage structure, a first oil groove 68 is provided in a first joint face 61 where the upstream side oil passage 46 is opened, and a second oil groove 69 is provided in a second joint face 62 so that at least part thereof faces the first oil groove 68. In the state that a downstream end 70a is arranged on the upstream side of the first downstream side oil passage 55 along the direction of distributing oil from the upstream side oil passage 46 toward the first and second downstream side oil passages 55, 80, a communication hole 70 is provided in a gasket 28 for communicating the first and second oil grooves 68, 69.
