PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply perform discharge of different discharge flow rates without erroneous operations by visibly and properly using two operation members for discharge operations at low and high flow rates respectively. SOLUTION: On a container body 1 which can be fixed, the discharge at a low discharge flow rate by the single operation of a low discharge operation member 73 for operating a first discharge switch 71 for setting the low discharge flow rate and performing discharge, and the discharge at a high discharge flow rate by simultaneously operating the first discharge switch 71 by linking the low discharge operation part 73 with the operation of a high discharge member 74 for operating a second discharge switch 72 for setting the high discharge flow rate and performing the discharge by being simultaneously operated with the first discharge switch 71, are selectively performed.
