PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneously absorbable medicated patch with suppressed change in pressure-sensitive adhesive characteristics with time and excellent sustained medicament release. SOLUTION: The percutaneously absorbable medicated patch 1 includes a substrate 11, a medicament storage layer 12 formed on either side of the substrate 11 and containing a medicament, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 formed between the substrate 11 and the medicament storage layer 12 and adhering the substrate 11 to the medicament storage layer 12, a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 formed on the surface of that side of the medicament storage layer 12 which is opposite to the substrate 11, and a release sheet 15 formed on that surface of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 14 which is stuck to the skin, wherein the gel fraction of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 is 45-95%, the gel fraction of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 is 55-95%, and the relationship: T<SB>2</SB>/T<SB>1</SB>≥2 holds: wherein T<SB>1</SB>[μm] is the average thickness of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13, and T<SB>2</SB>[μm] is the average thickness of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14.
