PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an front closure underwear for men which is free from damaging appearance owing to inconspicuousness of an open front outer opening part, and havs a structure allowing a wearer to easily perform operation of taking out the private parts. SOLUTION: This front closure underwear for men has a body cloth part which covers at least the buttocks, a waist rubber part, and a front placket part. The front placket part is made of an outer front placket part and a back front placket part, and a side part of an open front outer opening part is formed by an almost straight line whose straight part inclines inwardly than an externally opening line which sews the body cloth part and the back front placket part. Thus, the existence of the outer opening part is invisible, and arrangement of the sewing line brings aesthetic sense, and thus it is possible to obtain the underwear which is excellent in appearance and operability of taking out the private parts.
