PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture and a lighting system, in which a light source can be switched on in a desired lighting condition by an on/off operation of a power source switch. SOLUTION: A controlling microcomputer 22, when a power source is switched on, switches on each of LED modules 30 in a predetermined lighting condition if time required from an Off condition to an On condition of the power source is shorter than 2 seconds, in case the time required from a previous On condition to the Off condition is longer than 10 seconds. The controlling microcomputer 22, when the power source is switched on, switches on each of the LED modules 30 in a shifted mode from the previous (last time) mode (a lighting condition) if the time required from the Off condition to the On condition of the power source is shorter than 2 seconds, in case the time required from the previous On condition to the Off condition of the power source is shorter than 10 seconds.
