PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat sliding device can prevent erroneous operation of an operating member. SOLUTION: The seat sliding device includes a biasing member 60 which biases a locking member 50 in an unlocking-turning direction according to the operation of an operating lever 70, and can tilt around a shaft 62 as a tilting center together with the operating lever 70 according to the operation of the operating lever 70. In addition, a configuration, mass or the like of a balancer 64 of the biasing member 60 is adjusted so that the gravity center position of a tilting body including the biasing member 60 and the operating lever 70 which is tilted by the operation of the operating lever 70 is adjacent to the center of the shaft 62.
