<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which is improved in low-temperature fixability and offset resistance in power consumption reduction to form a toner image of high quality and has superior long-period preservability, and to provide a toner which suppresses filming on an electrostatic charge image carrier etc., even when a mechanical or heat load is placed to cause no fogging for a long period.
