<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system, communication apparatus, program and communication method in which data transmitted from each of communication terminals can be concurrently received at each of the communication terminals. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication system comprises a communication apparatus and a plurality of communication terminals, wherein the communication apparatus comprises a first data receiving means for receiving data from the plurality of communication terminals within a predetermined time and a first data transmitting section for concurrently transmitting data, that a communication terminal as a data transmission source transmits to the communication apparatus, to communication terminals other than the communication terminal as the data transmission source, after the lapse of the predetermined time, and each of the communication terminals comprises a second data transmitting means for transmitting data of the communication terminal itself to the communication apparatus within the predetermined time, and a second data receiving means for receiving data, that any communication terminal other than the present communication terminal itself transmits to the communication apparatus within the predetermined time, from the communication apparatus.
