<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a train stops in an allowable stop position range with high accuracy, even in a train section having mutual entry operations of trains having different forms. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A wayside coil 3 has an electric power wave reception antenna coil 10b having a fixed length along a rail and arranged at a stop position of the train and antenna coils 10a and 10b for receiving electric power waves arranged to be adjacent to front and rear sides of advancing and traveling of the train of the electric power wave reception antenna coil 10b. When the electric power waves transmitted from an pick up coil 2 are received, a space between a position where a reception level of the electric power wave reception antenna coil 10a and a reception level of the electric power wave reception antenna coil 10b coincide with each other and a position where a reception level of the electric power wave reception antenna coil 10b and a reception level of an electric power wave reception antenna coil 10c coincide with each other is decided to be the fixed position allowable range.
