<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member for a sheathing material and its mounting structure capable of simplifying a configuration of a member, reducing of manufacturing cost, and mounting the sheathing material on a beam member securely, and to provide a construction method for sheathing structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This mounting member 1 for the sheathing material is constituted in such a way that two or three members among a body 2 for putting down a landing part 31 provided at a lower end of a leg 3 on a beam member 7 during construction, a pressing piece 5 constituted by being overlapped on the landing part 31 and folding down one end fringe 51, and a fastener 6 having an upper side face 61 facing the upper part of the pressing piece 5 overlapped on the landing part 31 during construction and a lower side face 63 positioned on a lower side of a fixed face 71 of the beam member 7 are integrated in advance, a bolt 60 erected in the upper side face 61 is tightened while they are arranged on the beam member 7, the pressing piece 5 is pressed, and the landing part 31 is pressed against the fixed face 71 for mounting.
