<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag capable of easily unsealing a sealed chamber for sealably covering a spouting part of a spouting tool, sufficiently exposing the spouting part, and easily attaching an entry from the outside to the spouting part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least a sealed chamber 4 is formed by superposing a pair of rectangular sheet pieces 7, 8 having one ridge of a partition connection part 10 for partitioning a storage chamber 2, and adhering three other continuous ridge parts thereto. Cutouts or notches 15 forming starting points for tearing sheet pieces 7, 8 are formed in the center portion of the upper edge 6c of the sealed chamber 4, and a reinforcing piece 18 having a guide ridge 17 toward a contact part 16 of the partition connection part 10 with other two ridges out of the three ridges from a vicinity of the cutouts or notches 15 is provided on the inner surface or the outer surface of each of the sheet pieces 7, 8 on the front and back sides of the sealed chamber 4.
