PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment liquid circulation utilization system which allows efficient circulation utilization of a treatment liquid, is excellent in the maintenance of a foreign matter removal means, and inexpensively constituted of simple equipment. SOLUTION: The treatment liquid circulation utilization system is a system for recovering a degreasing liquid L2 supplied to a car body 2 in a treatment step which is performed before a painting step, and removing the foreign matter included in the recovered degreasing liquid L2, and then recycling the degreasing liquid removed of the foreign matter in the treatment step for recovery. The system 1 has at least two stages of the foreign matter removal steps in order to remove the foreign matter. The first removal step is provided with a filter separator 5 disposed with a smooth filter surface 11 sloped with respect to a horizontal direction. In the first removal step, the relatively large foreign matters 13a among the foreign matters are separated away and in the second removal step, the relatively small foreign matters remaining in the first removal step are separated away.
