This bra (1) comprises a multi-layer sheet with textile component in which there are formed, preferably by moulding, two cups (2), the sheet comprising a stiffening element (20) in the form of a panel of rigid material comprising at least three fingers (22, 23, 25) leading out of a vertex (21) positioned substantially underneath and on the outside of a respective cup (2), a first finger (22) running substantially in a horizontal arc under the cup (22), a second finger (23) running substantially obliquely into the cup (2) and a third finger (25) running substantially vertically along the surface beside the cup (2), the second finger (23) conforming to the concave shape of the cup (2).
