<p>A first stackable trailer (10) for transporting containers comprising; an elongated body (12); a supporting surface (14); a set of wheels (16,18) supporting a rear end of said elongated body (12); a pair of wheel receivers (22,24) above said set of wheels (16,18) and below said supporting surface (14); a retractable landing gear (20), a goose neck (26) including an inclined surface (28); said retractable landing gear (20) including a pair of laterally spaced vertically extending legs (54,56); a positioning bar (52) extending between a lower end of said laterally spaced legs (54,56); and a second stackable trailer (10) of the same construction as said first stackable trailer (10) so that when said first stackable trailer (10) is stacked on said second stackable trailer (10) the wheels (16,18) of said first stackable trailer (10) are supported by said wheel receivers (22,24) of said second stackable trailer (10).</p> |
