Light emitted from light sources (4, 5) is reflected toward a clock face by reflecting surfaces of a plurality of grooves radially formed on a light guiding body (3) from the center position of the light guiding body which is arranged on the rear surface side of a clock face (2) and has a circular shape in plane view. Then, the reflected light is diffused by a light diffusing film (6) and a scale section (21) and a number section (22) on the clock face are illuminated by transmitting light.
