FERMENTED VEGETABLE MATERIAL FOR IMMUNOSTIMULATION AND METASTASIS INHIBITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented and dried vegetable material for immunostimulation and metastasis inhibition, a pharmaceutical composition containing the material and to provide a method for preparation of the material and to provide utilization of the dried material in production of a food supplement and production of the pharmaceutical composition for immunostimulation and metastasis inhibition.

SOLUTION: The material can be obtained by fermentation of malt in the presence of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in an aqueous medium of malt and drying of the fermentation liquor.
