<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an arrangement capable of preventing the stop of driving of a converter circuit having a switching element as much as possible even if abnormal conditions occur in the converter circuit in a power conversion apparatus with the converter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The converter circuit (2) includes a plurality of switching elements, and diodes each connected in parallel to each of the switching elements. A microcomputer (20) for converter which controls the operation of the converter circuit (2) includes an abnormal condition detecting section (24) constituted so as to be capable of detecting the abnormal conditions not causing stop of driving of the converter circuit (2) in the converter circuit (2), and a retry section (25) for performing retry operation for turning ON-OFF the switching elements when the abnormal condition detecting section (24) detects the abnormal conditions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
