<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GUI (Graphical User Interface) operation control device and a GUI operation control program providing a user with a stressless GUI operation by selecting a display changeover at a display changeover end on the basis of operation information or the like with respect to the past GUI selection display. <P>SOLUTION: A GUI operation control device 50 and a first GUI operation control program switch a display screen when a movement operation signal in the direction of display changeover is continuously input at the display changeover end, a display changeover operation against a user's intention can be prevented to some extent.
