<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot management apparatus and a parking lot information providing system, capable of predicting a congestion state in a parking lot more precisely than predicting from only past information. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lot management apparatus 100 for providing parking lot information, such as, parking-availability information etc. of a parking lot "P" has communication means 21 for performing communication with a terminal 50, which moves while accompanying owners "A" to "E" of parking vehicles 60 parked at the parking lot "P", and provides information relating to an empty state of the parking lot by detecting the owners "A" to "E" approaching to the parking lot "P" by the communication means 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
