<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable management of a cargo of a traveler and search of a lost cargo, in a plurality of facilities and an outdoor range such as an airport and a sight-seeing place. <P>SOLUTION: Before starting for a travel, customer information and baggage information on a travel participant and visit place information on the travel are preregistered in a customer information table 30, a baggage information table 40 and a visit place information table 50 arranged in a portable information terminal unit 7. When a moving chance of the travel participant is caused in the middle of the travel, an RFID tag installed on the cargo of the travel participant is read each time by an RFID reader 6. In this case, read tag ID information is recorded as a history on a reading recording table 80 together with present place information and date information.
