PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating nozzle having a discharge port corroded by progress of ultrasonic erosion and having a dummy for preventing the occurrence of the erosion. SOLUTION: A plurality of recesses or protrusions are arranged in rows in the vicinity of a discharge port or a positioning mark which is located at the terminal portion of the coating nozzle. The plurality of recesses or protrusions are arranged to gradually reduce the depth of the plurality of recesses or the height of the plurality of protrusions or the diameter of the plurality of the recesses or protrusions within the surface of the discharge port as they are separated from the discharge port or the positioning mark. Thus, the ultrasonic erosion in the vicinity of the discharge port or the positioning mark which is caused by the ultrasonic cleaning of the coating nozzle is prevented, and the performance deterioration due to the ultrasonic erosion of the coating nozzle can be suppressed.
