<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight by performing switching and flow control of a flow passage for flowing exhaust gas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A valve mechanism 14 includes a valve element unit 34 having first and second valve elements 52 and 54, and a shaft 36 holding the valve element unit 34 and displaced under the driving action of a driving part 16. The first valve element 52 is arranged in a body 12 so as to be freely seated on a first valve seat 38 facing a first deriving port 28, and the second valve element 54 is arranged in the body 12 so as to be freely seated on a second valve seat 40 facing a second deriving port 30.
