<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mixing a powder which is capable of reducing the dispersion of the powder discharged from a container allowing plural lots of the powder to be sequentially fed therein and to be accumulated and stored, and also to provide a device used for the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A long square cylindrical tank body 2 with a polygonal cross section is arranged at a slant to make its longitudinal direction extend at a slant upward relative to a horizontal surface and to allow one ridge line of a polygon to be located at the lowest part at the cross section. The plural lots of the powder is sequentially fed through a powder receiving part 8 arranged at the upper end of the square cylindrical tank body 2 and is accumulated and stored in the tank body 2. At a ridge line position located at the lowest part of the square cylindrical tank body 2, the powder which is accumulated and stored is made to simultaneously flow out from a plurality of flow out parts 12 being arranged at the lowest end position of the ridge line, being sequentially arranged along the ridge line with a predetermined interval, and including a flow out part 12 at the lowest end position of the ridge line.
