PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a flow rate of a raw material taken out of a discharge port of a storage hopper. SOLUTION: A screw 12 formed by spirally installing a blade 14 on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft 13, is arranged in the vertical direction inside the discharge port 10 of the storage hopper 9, and can be rotated by a driving motor 16. A weight detector 17 for detecting weight of the raw material discharged in a casing 11a, is installed on the lower side of the casing 11a of a screw conveyor 11 under the discharge port 10. A value of the weight of the raw material detected by the weight detector 17 is input to a control part 18, and a command for changing a rotating speed is imparted to the driving motor 16 from the control part 18. The screw 12 is rotated in the inverse direction, and the raw material in the discharge port 10 is lifted upward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
