<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element efficiently extracting light emitted from a light emitting layer to improve light extraction efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting element includes a substrate, the light emitting layer formed of an organic substance, and a pair of electrodes provided on both sides of the light emitting layer. One of the pair of electrodes is formed as a transparent electrode, and a plurality of protrusions formed in bundled shape of a plurality of crystal grains are provided on the side, opposite to the formed side of the light emitting layer, of the transparent electrode.
