PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of generation of noises and increase of power consumption caused by measuring operation and communication operation in a biological information measuring device for two-way communication. SOLUTION: The biological information measuring device forms a communication link for the two-way communication by mutual authentication between the device and an outside terminal, and transmits/receives data via the communication link. In the two-way communication, after forming the communication link for the two-way communication, the communication link is temporarily released during the measurement operation, and the temporarily released communication link is re-formed after termination of the measurement operation. When the biological information measuring device executes the measurement, the communication is stopped and only the measurement is executed. The biological information measuring device, which forms the communication link for the two-way communication by mutual authentication between the device and an outside terminal and transmits/receives data via the communication link, comprises a measuring part for measuring biological information, a communication part for transmitting/receiving data with the outside terminal, and a control part for controlling the measuring operation of the measuring part and the communication operation of the communication part.
