PURPOSE: An underground oil storage tank having a double body made of fiber reinforced plastics is provided to improve intensity of aggregate, and to offer simple molding task of the tank. CONSTITUTION: An underground oil storage tank having a double body made of fiber reinforced plastics includes an inner body(10), an outer body(20), and a filling material(30) filled between the inner body and the outer body. The filling material makes a plurality of pores by mixing at least one or more aggregate on synthetic resin. A leakage detecting device is located between the inner body and the outer body. The bodies and the filling materials are molded by a continuous filament winding method.
