<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a pointer easy to perform input operation to a user. <P>SOLUTION: This pointer display device detects a contact point in a touch operation on a touch panel TP provided on a display part 3, generates and displays the pointer P1 in an area containing the contact point, and detects a position corresponding to a tip portion H1 of the pointer P1 exclusive of the contact point as an indication position. Thereby, the pointer P1 is displayed as if it is extended from a fingertip when a touch operation is peformed by the fingertip, allowing easy selection of a link button L1 displayed on the display part 3 through the pointer P1 without selecting by the fingertip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
