<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which surely prevents the splash of a liquid when a top lid is mounted on a cap body. <P>SOLUTION: This cap 1 is provided with: a cap body 3 with an outer tube part 6 fitted on the outside of the opening of a container and a discharge part 8 for discharging a content in the container positioned on the planar view inside of the part 6; and a top lid 4 covering the part 8 mounted openable/closable on the body 3. The part 6 is formed with a communicating channel 64 communicating with the outside of the container. A mating surface 68 of the body 3 relative to the top lid 4 is formed with an opening 67 communicating with the channel 64.
