PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settling device and an electronic coupon settlement system for displaying an advertisement in settlement for allowing a company for guiding a client to have loyalty to an electronic coupon providing company.

SOLUTION: In the electronic coupon settlement system 1, a reader/writer device 20 reads a commercial ID included in electronic coupon information coinciding with a coupon ID of an electronic coupon received from a portable terminal 30 from a coupon ID master storage section 23 and transmits it to the settling device 10. In the settling device 10, an FSP application management section 12 outputs the received commercial ID to a related coupon information display section 16. The related coupon information display section 16 reads advertisement data corresponding to the inputted commercial ID from an advertisement data storage section 17 for reproduction.
