<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a nylon 6 product from a nylon 6 product containing one or more flameproofing agents as impurities by a simple operation and by an industrially advantageous process, and to provide a method for recycling a nylon 6 product in which a recovered nylon 6 product is depolymerized to recover high-grade caprolactam. <P>SOLUTION: A nylon 6 product containing one or more flameproofing agents as impurities is heat-treated in a cleaning liquid to thereby recover a nylon 6 product freed of components originating in the flameproofing agents. The recovered nylon 6 product is depolymerized to recover caprolactam.
