STAY FOR BOTTOM-HINGED IN-SWINGING WINDOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stay for a bottom-hinged in-swinging window capable of so adjusting a bottom-hinged in-swinging window as to be smoothly operated during construction. SOLUTION: This stay 11 comprises: a first arm 31 having one end attached to a window frame mounting plate 21 rotatably and slidably by a frame side connection means 12; a second arm 32 having one end attached to a sliding screen mounting plate 22 rotatably by a stile side connection means 13 and having the other end at which a projecting part 33 is formed; an arm connection means 14 for rotatably connecting other ends of the first arm 31 and the second arm 32 to each other; and a movable stopper 17 slidably supported on the sliding screen mounting plate 22, having an operation piece 17A, and having an outward rotation restraining means 16 for restraining the outward rotation of the second arm 32 relative to the sliding screen mounting plate 22 by coming into contact with the outdoor side surface 35 of the projecting part 33. The stile side connection means 13 and the arm connection means 14 are formed as rivet joints. An operation force for the frame side connection means 12 is adjustable by an adjust bolt 30.
