PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a problem of reduction in light quantity of a heat generating surface. SOLUTION: An electrode member 31 is arranged in a marginal portion 30b of a heat generating surface 30a of a heat resistant glass 30. The electrode member 31 consists of a metallic thin film, which is stuck on the marginal portion 30b of the heat generating surface 30a. In the printer 11, a power source 32 for applying a positive voltage to the electrode member 31 is provided. While one end of a wiring 33 is connected to the power supply 32, the other end of the wiring 33 is connected to the electrode member 31. A wiring 34 for grounding a nozzle plate 25a is connected to the nozzle plate 25a. An electric potential difference is generated between the nozzle plate 25a and the electrode member 31 by the power source 32 and the wirings 33, 34, whereby a mist floating in an ejecting space K is electrostatically absorbed to the electrode member 31.
