PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lightweight and sturdy tubular joining composite by sticking a metallic tubular body and a CFRP (Carbon-Fiber Reinforced Plastic) tubular body to each other at their ends. SOLUTION: In the joining part of a metallic tubular body 30, there are formed super fine rugged shapes which have roughness of micron order by chemical etching and which have on the surface, in an electron microscope observation, partition-shaped projections or groove-shaped recesses, having a height or depth and width of 10-500 nm and a length of≥10 nm on the entire surface with a cycle of 10 to a few hundreds nm, wherein the end is designed to be a thin layer 21 of metal oxide or metal phosphoric oxide. To the end of this metallic tubular body 30, a tubular fiber reinforced plastic material 32 is stuck with an epoxy based resin adhesive 34, forming a tubular joining composite. The metallic tubular body 30 is an aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel alloy, and a steel material or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
