PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor excellent in recyclability while enabling to prevent bus rings inserted into insertion grooves of a bus ring holder from coming off. SOLUTION: This electric motor is provided with a cover 500 for covering insertion grooves 151U, 151V, 151W in which the bus rings 160U, 160V, 160W are inserted respectively, and the cover 500 has a convex portion 501 protruding toward the bus ring holder 150. The bus ring holder 150 has partitioning walls 156 disposed along the circumferential direction of the electric motor and partitioning the insertion grooves 151U, 151V, 151W, and concave portions 157 each formed on each of the partitioning walls 156 and having the convex portion 501 embedded therein. The convex portion 501 is embedded in the concave portion 157 and abuts on the bus rings 160U, 160V, 160W inserted into the insertion grooves 151U, 151V, 151W. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
