PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling working vehicle provided with a motive power transmission structure capable of improving energy efficiency in a whole of a system, controlling acceleration/deceleration of advancement/retreating by a simple structure, attaining the most efficient engine driving even viewed from an aspect of fuel consumption of an engine and an exhaust gas and further efficiently distributing working machine motive power and traveling motive power without speed-change shock at a real time. SOLUTION: A first power generation motor 3 is provided so as to be directly connected to an engine 2, and a shaft B of the first power generation motor 3 is connected to a shaft C of a hydraulic pump system 6 and is connected to a planetary gear mechanism 5. A shaft of a second power generation motor 4 is connected to the planetary gear mechanism 5, and a shaft E of the planetary gear mechanism 5 is connected to a wheel drive system 10. A use mode of the first power generation motor 3 and the second power generation motor 4 is controlled according to the number of revolution of the engine, a traveling mode of the traveling working vehicle and the rotation number of the shaft E.
