<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording tape cartridge that secures an attached region of an RFID in a case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A recording tape cartridge 10 includes a case 12 that consists of an upper case 16 and a lower case 18 and houses a reel on which a recording tape is wound, a regulation wall 29 that is formed at least in the lower case and regulates an area in which the reel is housed, a housing portion 70 that is formed between the regulation wall 28 and the corner of the case 12, and a planar RFID 100 that is provided in the housing portion 70 such that the rotational axis direction of the reel is a normal line direction.
